Toro Rosso boss Franz Tost says the team have "no need to rush" a decision on who will replace the Red Bull-bound Daniel Ricciardo in 2014.Having emerged over the summer as the frontrunner to replace the retiring Mark Webber, Ricciardo was confirmed as his compatriot's successor on Monday night.
