Kimi Raikkonen is hopeful his pay dispute with Lotus will be resolved and he will not skip any of the remaining Formula One races this season. Raikkonen revealed on Thursday that outstanding salary payments had been one factor that prompted him to quit Lotus and sign a contract with Ferrari for next season.
