Caterham extends Renault partnership for further three years

Caterham F1 Team Caterham has confirmed that they will continue to use Renault power from 2014. The Leafield based team has used Renault engines since the start of 2011 and the partnership will continue into Formula 1′s new era in 2014. 'This announcement is obviously very good news for our F1 team and is a reflection of the deep bonds that have been created between our two businesses since 2011, particularly with the roadcar project we launched in 2012 between Caterham and Alpine, which is now at an advanced stage in development,' said team principal Cyril Abiteboul.
