Lotus trackside operations manager Alan Permane has warned Fernando Alonso that Red Bull still has an advantage going into 2014 and that all teams will not start on the exact same level playing field.He told Autosport 'It is not like Caterham and Marussia are going to start on a level playing field, it is not going to happen.
