Red Bull/Getty Images Mark Webber says that he had to compromise the set-up of his Red Bull RB9 as a result of his 10 place grid penalty in Korea. Webber was given a third reprimand of 2013 following the Singapore Grand Prix. The sanction means that Webber, who set the third fastest time in qualifying for the Korean Grand Prix, will start the race from thirteenth on the grid.
