No further action re first lap crash

Jules Bianchi and Giedo Van der Garde have escaped further penalty over the incident which saw them both eliminated at the first corner in today's race.While attention focussed on the battle for the lead and a tangle between Sebastian Vettel and Lewis Hamilton, the Mercedes driver incurring a puncture that would subsequently eliminate him from the race, Van der Garde and Bianchi disappeared in a cloud of dust and gravel in Turn 1.The stewards subsequently investigated the incident which saw the Caterham hit the right rear of the Marussia but decided that neither driver was “wholly or predominately to blame”.
