There has been much speculation about just who would move up to Formula One to replace Infiniti Red Bull Racing-bound Daniel Ricciardo for 2014, with Antonio Felix da Costa and Carlos Sainz, Jr. amongst many of the high-profile candidates.
However, alongside Sauber's new Russian driver, Sergey Sirotkin, Toro Rosso will be bringing in their very own Russian flavour to Formula One.
