Bernie Ecclestone will be in the dock on Tuesday when a civil case relating to bribery allegations begins in London.
The F1 supremo is being sued by a former stakeholder in F1, Constantin Medien AG, to the tune of $171 million.
The company alleges that Ecclestone undersold German bank BayernLB's stake in Formula One to CVC.
"It's not ideal, it would be better if it wasn't happening, but we can't change the court system," Ecclestone told Bloomberg when asked if it would 'clash with his duties as CEO'.
The case, though, is not the only one that Ecclestone is facing as he may also be heading to German in the months to come to answer charges relating to the bribery scandal.
