Ecclestone doubts Mexico, New Jersey

Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone says he has doubts over the provisional 2014 calendar, suggesting that the Mexican and New Jersey races will miss the final cut. In September, governing body the FIA issued a draft 22-race roster, marking Mexico, New Jersey and Korea as provisional events. But speaking at this weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Ecclestone said he expects the former two events to be removed. "What's in the calendar? 22. That's what's in the current calendar," said Ecclestone. "Until the calendar is really finalised, I don't [expect 22]. I have personal doubts."
