The head of the Quantum Motorsports consortium says a deal to buy into the Lotus team has been done – and he has urged the team to sign Nico Hulkenberg. Lotus announced earlier in the year that the group of investors from the Middle East – under the banner Quantum Motorsports – were set to purchase 35% of the team.
