Ferrari 'absolutely there' with Mercedes

Ferrari team principal Stefano Domenicali has said he is 'confident' the Scuderia can reel in Mercedes and secure second place in the Constructors' Championship, although he has also warned that Lotus should not be 'underestimated'. With two races left in the 2013 F1 World Championship, Mercedes has an 11 point cushion over Ferrari in the battle for P2, while Lotus is fourth in the standings and 26 points further back. “Yes [we can still finish second in the Constructors’],” Domenicali told reporters following last weekend’s Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, where the men from Maranello conceded another 7 points to Mercedes. “We are in terms of pure performance as weak as the others are...
