Organisers of the Canadian Grand Prix have been held responsible for a sequence of safety failures that led to the death of marshal Mark Robinson after this year's race. Following Esteban Gutiérrez's late accident, Robinson was helping to transport the Sauber back to the pit lane when he tripped and fell under the wheels of a crane. Having been taken to hospital, the 38-year-old tragically succumbed to his injuries.
