Kubica crashes out of Wales Rally GB

Getty Images Enlarge Robert Kubica has crashed out of his first full WRC event, rolling his Citroen DS3 into the trees on the fourth special stage of Wales Rally GB. Kubica, who won the WRC2 title earlier this year, was getting his first outing in a full-blooded WRC car with the Abu Dhabi Citroen Total team. He finished the first day of the rally in seventh place, but after climbing out of his car following the final night stage he admitted: "I have a lot of things to learn". On Friday morning he rolled his Citroen into the trees just 5km before the end of Hafren SS4 stage in the Welsh countryside. The team confirmed both Kubica and new co-driver Michel Ferrara were uninjured....
