McLaren orders removal of Mexican flags featuring marijuana leaf 17 November, 2013 Sergio Perez fans in Austin McLaren has denied deliberately placing Mexican flags bearing images of marijuana leaves above the team's official merchandise stall in Austin. At the first race after it emerged Mexican Sergio Perez has been dropped for 2014, the Mexican consulate reportedly complained about 'several' offensive flags ahead of the US Grand Prix, which takes place in Texas, close to the Mexican border.
