Allison returned to Ferrari at the right time

James Allison believes he returned to Ferrari at just the right time and feels the team has put in the changes needed to move back to the front in the near future. Allison moved from Ferrari to Lotus – then called Renault – in 2005 before re-joining the Maranello based squad earlier this year as their chassis technical director. He arrived at a time when the team was making plenty of changes, which included upgrading their wind tunnel and reshuffling their technical team.
