Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner believes Formula 1 is yet to see the best of four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel. Despite the German driver dominating the second half of the 2013 season, including a record-breaking run of nine consecutive wins, Horner doesn't think he has reached his peak.
