Horner: 'Teams only have themselves to blame' for increased costs
Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner says teams only have themselves to blame for the increase in costs for 2014.
A number of significant regulation changes will come into force next season, including replacing the 2.4 litre V8 engine with a new V6 Turbo power unit and more powerful energy recovery systems. Total costs are expected to rise by between 25 million and 45 million, according to Horner, due to the new engines and car designs.
