Court case distraction for di Resta

Paul di Resta's concerns over his immediate future in F1 will be temporarily suspended as he tackles a wrongful dismissal case brought by former manager Anthony Hamilton.The Scot could wind up as the man on the outside in the latest case of revolving doors at Force India, with both Sergio Perez and current team-mate Adrian Sutil also thought to be vying for the second seat.
