Daniel Ricciardo is confident he will back up his qualifying performances with good results on race day next year. The 24-year-old produced some stunning one-lap displays for Toro Rosso this year, including a career-high P5 at the British Grand Prix. However, that often failed to translate into points on Sundays as the STR car was unable to match the front-runners.
