Bianchi and De la Rosa to test for Ferrari in Bahrain

Ferrari has confirmed that Pedro de la Rosa and Jules Bianchi will test for the team in Bahrain next week. Ferrari is one of four teams set to participate in the test, which is being organised by tyre supplier Pirelli. The data management and the daily schedule will be defined by Pirelli, so that no one team gains a competitive advantage for 2014. Red Bull, Mercedes and Toro Rosso will also take part. Spaniard de la Rosa entered over 100 races in Formula 1 between 1999 and 2012 and joined Ferrari at the start of 2013 as their development driver. ‘De La Rosa’s work at the wheel of the F138 over the first two days will be important in terms of defining the continuation of the...
