Alonso: It’s never easy coming second, we must look ahead, Forza Ferrari! 15 December, 2013 Fernando Alonso receives a memento for his efforts in 2013 Fernando Alonso is hard at work on the Ferrari simulator preparing for the 2014 season, his time in the virtual world was interrupted on Saturday for the traditional Christmas lunch at Maranello with all the staff of the Gestione Sportiva.
Speaking at the function which included Piero Ferrari, Luca di Monetezemolo, Stefano Domenicali and Felipe Massa, the Spaniard said “It’s never easy coming second, but we must look ahead. Everyone always expects a lot from us,” he continued, speaking to his number one fans.'
