Rosberg to drive for Mercedes in tyre test
– Mercedes has confirmed that it will run Nico Rosberg at the upcoming Pirelli tyre test in Bahrain. The German, who claimed pole position at the Sakhir venue this season, will drive on all three days of the gathering, which has been organised by tyre supplier Pirelli to assist with its 2014 preparations. Red Bull, using Sébastien Buemi, Ferrari, running Pedro de la Rosa and Jules Bianchi, and Toro Rosso, calling upon race drivers Jean-Éric Vergne and Daniil Kvyat, will also be present at the test.
