PIC FROM PAST: McNish's best result in F1

World Endurance Championship title winner - and multiple Le Mans victor - Allan McNish announced his immediate retirement from top level motorsport this week.The Scot is best known for his success in sportscars, but he also got the chance to compete in F1 back in 2002, thanks to his relationship with Toyota. It wasn't a great year – and he failed to score - but he did take four top-ten results (before points were awarded to those finishing in those places), with his best finish coming in Malaysia when he came home in seventh place (pictured).
