Red Bull reacts to losing senior engineers to Mercedes 21 December, 2013 Pierre Wache In the wake of two Red Bull senior engineers defecting to Mercedes, the world champions have reacted rapidly by promoting internally. The team released a statement announcing: 'Infiniti Red Bull Racing is pleased to advise that Pierre Waché, Chief Engineer, Car Performance, will take over responsibility for the Vehicle Dynamics department for the team with immediate effect.'
