Ross Brawn is upbeat about the progress Mercedes are making with their 2014 challenger with the outgoing team principal saying "things are coming together well".
Having finished second behind Red Bull in the Constructors' Championship this season, the Brackley-based team are expected to take another step forward next year, especially with the introduction of new regulations.
Although he doesn't want to get too far ahead of himself, Brawn feels the squad have laid some solid foundations already.
"If I said Mercedes were completely on target, I wouldn't be telling the total truth. But I think they are no worse than any other car builder," he told Autosport.
