Vettel hopes new rules don't spread field out

– Formula 1 World Champions Sebastian Vettel might have dominated Formula 1 now for a number of seasons, the German does hope that the new rules introduced for 2014 won't spread the field out. Vettel has said he hopes to see tight battles between the various teams on the grid. "Next year with a lot of things changing it is difficult to predict how it impacts on the racing," Vettel told Autosport. "I just hope it doesn't split the cars too much, because what we had the last couple of years was a very tight battle between a lot of teams."
