Vettel voted by agencies as 2013 European sportsman of the year 27 December, 2013 Sebastian Vettel has a fast growing silverware collection thanks to his 2013 exploits Quadruple F1 world champion Sebastian Vettel has been voted sportsman of the year by European news agencies, and his peers give credit to his talent.
Organised by the Polish news agency PAP, 21 European outlets cast their votes and the Red Bull driver emerged with more points than tennis' Rafael Nadal, and British athlete Mo Farah.
