Michael Schumacher's official spokesperson Sabine Kehm has shed some light on the German's skiing accident, revealing that he was not going at speed when he fell. The Formula One legend remains in hospital fighting for his life after suffering head trauma in a ski accident on Sunday morning. Schumacher crashed heavily into a rock and was rushed to hospital where he underwent surgery before being placed in a medically induced coma. And although reports on Tuesday - after a second operation- spoke of a "slight improvement", his condition remains critical.
