'Schumacher in a stable condition'

Michael Schumacher remains in a stable but critical condition after a third night in a French hospital. The seven-time suffered a serious head injury while skiing at Meribel on Sunday morning. The German reportedly hit a rock while trying to turn and "was catapulted in the air and apparently went head down hitting another rock." Airlifted to hospital, he has undergone two operations to revealing the swelling and remove clots. His spokesperson Sabine Kehm addressed the waiting media on Wednesday where - after a massive media scrum - she revealed that little had changed in the 44-year-old's condition.
