'Fighter' Schumacher turns 45

– Seven-time F1 world champion Michael Schumacher remains in intensive care in Grenoble on the day of his 45th birthday. The German has been an induced coma since suffering serious head injuries on Sunday morning in a skiing accident in the French Alps. The last official update was issued on Wednesday with Schumacher’s spokesperson Sabine Kehm confirming he is stable but critical. No further updates will be given unless there is a change in his condition.
