Claire Williams believes the 2014 regulation changes are well timed for the Williams F1 Team, allowing them to close the gap to those ahead after a dismal 2013 campaign. The Grove-based outfit scored just five points last season, four of which came at the penultimate round in Austin, Texas. It was a hugely disappointing year for the nine-time constructors' champions, but Williams feels the new rules will give the team a chance to move forward.
