Williams confirms Jerez schedule

Williams F1 Team Williams has confirmed its schedule for the first Formula 1 test of 2014 at Jerez. The four day test will take place from Tuesday to Friday next week. The team revealed last week that they would attend the test with their 2014 car, the FW36. Valtteri Bottas will test the car on Tuesday and Wednesday, before handing over to new team-mate Felipe Massa for Thursday and Friday. A launch date for the FW36 has not yet been revealed, but the car, which is powered by a Mercedes power unit, was fired up for the first time at the team's factory on Saturday.
