Glock questions pay driver generation
Timo Glock has questioned the state of Formula One heading into the 2014 season as a number of drivers have secured seats by virtue of their large sponsorship packages.
The German driver, who raced in the sport between 2008 and 2012, took to Twitter to subtly question the predicament that the sport finds itself in where a number of talented drivers have been ousted out of their seats because they lack the necessary finance.
In a tweet, Glock asked: 'How many F1 drivers are this year on the grid with a big sponsorship?', before also sending out a number of emoticons depicting wads of cash and money bags.
