Schumacher condition deteriorating the longer he is kept in a coma say experts 22 January, 2014 A fan outside Grenoble Hospital earlier this month Neurological experts have expressed concern that the longer Michael Schumacher is kept in an artificial coma, the more chance his condition has of deteriorating and possibly never recovering from his injuries. His lungs, immune system and kidneys could all sustain lasting harm the longer he receives the anaesthetics to keep him sedated.
