Sebastian Vettel says Red Bull already needs to catch up having failed to run its new car on the morning of the first day of testing at Jerez.The RB10 was launched in the pit lane ahead of the start of running but failed to emerge during the first four hours of the day due to what Adrian Newey described as a “silly” problem.
