Räikkönen 'pleased' with start to test

– Kimi Räikkönen says he was pleased with his introduction to Formula 1's new regulations on Tuesday. The Finn, who is embarking upon a second spell with Ferrari, comfortably topped the opening day of testing at Jerez, clocking a time of 1:27.104 to lead Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton by more than seven tenths of a second. "We had a lot of new things to learn today," Räikkönen, who also led the mileage charts with a total of 31 laps, explained to the gathered media.
