Lotus trials E22 at Jerez

Lotus F1 Team Lotus has completed their first miles of running in the E22 at Jerez. New signing Pastor Maldonado completed a shakedown of the car at the Spanish circuit, a week after the group test at the circuit which Lotus opted to skip. Teams are permitted to complete filming days but must run on Pirelli's demonstration tyres and are limited to a maximum running of 100km. The E22 will make its public debut shortly before the start of Formula 1's next test in Bahrain, which takes place between February 19th and 22nd.
