Williams tipped for resurgence

Formula One's new regulations could play into the hands of past champions Williams, according to Antonio Pizzonia. Formula One has undergone a major overhaul ahead of this year's Championship which many expect could shake up the grid. Already there were some surprises - and some shocks - in the opening pre-season test which ended with Williams quickest on the final day. New signing Felipe Massa set the pace on Day Four while his 1:23.700 from the previous day saw him finish second quickest overall for the week.
