Toro Rosso loses designer Furbatto

Toro Rosso has split with its chief designer Luca Furbatto, the Italian website blogf1.it reports. The report said the Faenza based team did not comment. Furbatto, who moved to Toro Rosso after a long stint at McLaren in late 2011, designed the Red Bull-owned team's Renault-powered 2014 car, the STR9, in collaboration with technical director James Key.
