No criminal wrongdoing in Schumacher accident

The investigation into Michael Schumacher's skiing accident has been closed after French prosecutors decided that there was no criminal wrongdoing. The seven-time Formula 1 world champion suffered serious head injuries after he fell while skiing off-piste in the French resort of Meribel on December 29th. He has been in a medically-induced coma since the accident and continues to be treated at the Grenoble University Hospital. Schumacher's manager, Sabine Kehm, confirmed on January 30th that doctors were reducing his sedation.
