Vergne just hoping to see the finish in Australia

Sutton Images Enlarge Jean-Eric Vergne has admitted Toro Rosso's main target for the first race in Australia is just to see the chequered flag. Toro Rosso has had a stuttered its way through pre-season testing, with several issues trying to get the STR9 and its Renault power unit running reliably. After 61 laps at the wheel on Friday, Vergne said his team was heading to the first race with fairly low expectations in the hope of taking advantage of the high rate of attrition. "I wish we could target something else, but definitely I think the real target will be to finish," he said. "Right now I think if we finish the race, we finish in the points. So that will be good."...
