Inoue to act as team boss in FA1

– Former F1 driver Taki Inoue will act as team boss for Euronova Japan in the new Formula Acceleration 1 (FA1) series, it has been confirmed. Inoue took in 18 F1 races during his short spell at the pinnacle of the sport, doing one event with Simtek in 1994 and a full season with Footwork in 1995, achieving his best result in Italy that year when he came home in eighth place at the home of the tifosi. Meanwhile, Piercarlo Ghinzani, who also raced in F1 - but in the 1980s with Osella, Toleman, Ligier, Zakspeed - is to run a team, while former HRT tester and GP2 race winner Dani Clos will help manage Spanish FA1 team, Moma Motorsport, with businessman Carlos Mollá.
