Sauber F1 Team Sauber driver Esteban Gutierrez believes that he must improve on his qualifying performances if he is to move up the grid in 2014. Gutierrez made it through to the final segment of qualifying on only two occasions in 2013, leaving the Mexican frequently playing catch-up during the races.
