Schumacher remains in waking up phase

Michael Schumacher's condition remains unchanged as he continues the process of waking up, his manager said on Friday. "Michael is still in the wake up phase. The situation has not changed," manager Sabine Kehm said in a statement. Almost 70 days after suffering severe head injuries in a skiing accident at the French resort of Meribel on December 29, Schumacher has still not woken up from an artificial coma. The doctors at treating Schumacher, 45, at Grenoble university hospital started to reduce his anesthetic at the end of January to begin the waking up process. "We are aware that the wake up phase can take a long time," Kehm said in the middle of February....
