Berger says new V6 turbo era is pure Formula 1 12 March, 2014 Niki Lauda with Bernie Ecclestone and Gerhard Berger Gerhard Berger has changed his tune and is no longer critical of Formula 1′s technological revolution which comes into effect at the season opening Australian Grand Prix.
Having counted himself among the ‘purists' who dislike the complicated energy recovery systems and fuel-saving limitations, the former Ferrari and Benetton driver told APA news agency he has now changed his mind.
