Romain Grosjean says the Lotus F1 Team have 'a lot of work' to complete after a disastrous Friday at the Albert Park Circuit. The Frenchman missed the whole of first practice for the Australian Grand Prix due to a gearbox fluid leak and only managed 12 laps in the second session, setting the 18th fastest time. He tried to look on the bright side after a difficult day but admitted that there is still plenty of work to do.
