Brake problems hamper Toro Rosso

Inconsistent brakes are hampering Toro Rosso according to its drivers, who each spent time off the circuit during today's opening practice sessions. Both Jean-Eric Vergne and Daniil Kvyat complained of problems which saw them locking either the front or rear wheels, seemingly at random, sending both in to the scenery on numerous occasions.'Sometimes you've got this massive recharging on the rear; sometimes it's recharging too much, so you've got rear locking,' Vergne explained.
