ITV4 secures Formula E live TV deal

ITV4 will provide live, comprehensive coverage of the burgeoning 2014/2015 FIA Formula E Championship in the UK, it has been announced.Building on existing international deals agreed with FOX Sports, Formula E has confirmed that it has brokered a deal with ITV to show all ten rounds of the inaugural season on the ITV4 and ITV4 HD channels, as well as coverage on its www.itv.com website and the on-demand ITV Player service.The deal will see each race shown live, along with pre-race build-up, including highlights from earlier practice and qualifying sessions, plus podium celebrations and post-race interviews.“We're delighted to be announcing this partnership with ITV today and to be...
