Hamilton is down a shirt size but says new F1 is less demanding

Lewis Hamilton Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton revealed that he has dropped down a shirt size in his efforts to be in peak condition to drive the new era V6 turbo Formula 1 cars, which he says are not as physically demanding as their predecessors. Speaking at a Petronas function in Kuala Lumpur ahead of the Malaysian Grand Prix weekend, Hamilton said, 'The demand is now lighter on the driver. I have changed my shirt size as I have been regularly going to the sauna.' 'The key to getting ready is, I think, to do more cardio sessions.
