Ecclestone: 'It's a little louder than I thought'

Bernie Ecclestone has admitted, during his first visit to hear the new Formula 1 cars in person, that they're louder than he first thought. The 83-year-old has long complained about the new V6 power units and following complaints from Australian Grand Prix organiser Ron Walker that they're not getting what they paid for, he travelled to Malaysia to hear them in person. Whilst he claims he's being bombarded with complaints, he did admit that they're louder than they come across on television.
